A: Absolutely not! We help people of all shapes and sizes. By having the option to exercise at home, you can try new things without anybody else watching. You can exercise at your own pace and on your terms
Q: Do we need equipment to exercise?
A: No. Movement and bodyweight exercises are clinically proven to improve hearthealth, prevent
chronic diseases and help weight-loss. Bodyweight exercises can be done anywhere and they are easy to learn too
Q: Will the trainer shout at me?
A: No, unless you want them to :)
Our trainers are qualified professionals and can adapt their approach to meet your motivational style. If you need guidance and support that is absolutely fine, if you need a kick up the bum we can do that too!
